Information you provide

Inquiry and delivery forms request contact information, vehicle interests, messages and delivery details. A purchase request also requests your full address and one image of the front of your ID. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, card numbers or unrelated sensitive information in messages.

How we use it

We use information to respond to your request, discuss vehicle availability, arrange visits or delivery, maintain customer follow-up records, prepare requested documents and administer and protect the website. Submitting a website request does not authorize a credit check or charge a payment.

Purchase requests and ID images

The purchase-request form is configured to send the ID image as an email attachment to our sales team, rather than as a public download link. Its image and upload URL are excluded from the ordinary CRM and document autofill fields. Contact and vehicle details may be retained in the private CRM. Email systems and backups may retain copies of attachments; this site does not promise immediate or automatic deletion. Ask our team about another method if you prefer not to submit an ID through this form.

Website, CRM and email records

Ordinary inquiry and quote submissions are stored in WordPress and may create or update a private customer record. Staff can record follow-up notes and prepare purchase orders, invoices and bills of sale. Records are available to authorized staff according to their role. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver these services.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The website loads Google and Meta measurement or advertising tools, including tags managed through Google Tag Manager and PixelYourSite. These tools can receive browser or device information, pages visited, interactions and identifiers, and may connect activity across services according to their settings.
